You have the right to return a product that you have purchased from our store within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt. In case you want to return a product, please let us know by e-mail at info@reelow.com .
All shipping costs are covered by the customer. We must receive the parcel in perfect condition (packaged/poly-bagged). Products whose original packaging is damaged, written on or wrapped with adhesive tape are not received and are returned to the customer at his own expense. In the above cases, we reserve the right not to return the money to customers.
If the return of the product is successful, we proceed with the refund. We refund you using the same method as the one used in the payment. This means that if you paid via PayPal, then we will refund you via PayPal. If you have paid by credit/debit card, then the refund will be applied to your card.
